Laboratory Reference Washing Machine (GyroWash GW-6330A)
Laboratuvar Tipi Referans Yıkama Makinesi (GyroWash GW-6330A)
Front-loading laboratory reference washing machine designed to run ISO 6330 test procedures. 61 litre stainless steel drum, inverter-driven bidirectional action and 1,200 rpm maximum spin. Pulse flowmeter measures the fill volume electronically in litres; the pulse/litre factor is calibrated from the service menu and the target and actual volume of every fill are recorded. Programmable controller with colour display; recipes are created and uploaded over Wi-Fi from a phone or computer, with no program card required. Final compliance is documented by commissioning, calibration and verification results.

Dimension order and approximate values are stated in each row. Packaging data are separate from instrument dimensions and net mass. Approx. rows are preliminary engineering estimates based on comparable equipment and function/capacity; they are not verified manufacturing measurements or standard requirements. Installation and shipment are finalised against the approved drawing and nameplate. Estimate scope: base product / one unit; external computer, bench and auxiliary plant excluded.
Specifications, dimensions, and power requirements are approximate and subject to change without prior notice for continuous design improvements.
Product technical specifications and images may vary according to manufacturing conditions and applicable standards.
Test and configuration
- Measured output / function
- Dimensional change after controlled washing (%)
- Parameters selected for the method
- Machine type, programme, load, ballast and detergent
- Verification points
- Water volume, temperature, drum action and timing
Listed methods are application references. Suitability is established by assessing the selected hardware, current method and calibration together.
Test parameters for the reviewed method
Values belong to the stated source edition. Test recipe, fixture and delivered instrument configuration are selected together.
ISO 6330:2012 / TS EN ISO 6330:2012 · 5.1–5.2, 5.6, 6.1.1
- Distinguish washer A horizontal/front-loading, B vertical/agitator and C vertical/pulsator. Match dryer type, ballast and detergent; this edition restricts reference detergent 1 to type B. Record machine type and program edition before assuming method equivalence.
Control and recording specification
The following are method-specific software/recording requirements; delivered software modules are defined by the order scope.
- Method code and edition, specimen ID, operator and selected test parameters are linked to the record.
- Dimensional change (%) = 100 × (final - initial dimension) / initial dimension; direction and sign convention are stated in the report.
- Raw measurements, units, valid/invalid test flags and the reported result remain traceable.
- Calculations are checked against known inputs and an independent calculation; sensor channels are checked against calibration values.
