Novastar Ltd. Şti. provides the TexLab Instruments website to share product and service information and receive quotation requests.
Information and configurations
Product pages provide catalogue information. Capacity, test heads, grips, software and other options may vary by product and selected configuration. The technical specification for an order is defined by the written quotation and contract accepted by the parties. A standards reference does not by itself mean that every option or application is included.
Quotations and sales
For instruments sold by quotation, price, delivery, payment, taxes, shipping, installation and warranty terms are set out in the written quotation and contract. Any list price expressly published on the website applies to the stated product, quantity and scope. An information or quotation request alone does not create an order, payment obligation or sales contract.
Lawful and authorised use
Use the website lawfully, provide accurate information in enquiries and do not interfere with systems you are not authorised to access. Customer and quotation management areas are for authorised use only. Content and trademark rights belong to their respective owners; permission is required for use outside statutory exceptions.
