  • Ethernet connection and PC application software are optional.

Physical specifications and utilities

Electrical supplyApprox. 220–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz, single phase; build-dependent.
Power / connected loadApprox. 100–300 W connected load for preliminary planning.
Overall instrument dimensionsApprox. 450 × 450 × 1200 mm (W × D × H).
Instrument weightApprox. 35–65 kg net.
Gross / shipping weightApprox. 63.5–106.2 kg gross; estimated packing allowance.
InterfacesEthernet connection and PC application software are optional.
Lab requirementsLevel, stable working surface; specimen conditioning follows the selected method.

Dimension order and approximate values are stated in each row. Packaging data are separate from instrument dimensions and net mass. Approx. rows are preliminary engineering estimates based on comparable equipment and function/capacity; they are not verified manufacturing measurements or standard requirements. Installation and shipment are finalised against the approved drawing and nameplate. Estimate scope: base product / one unit; external computer, bench and auxiliary plant excluded.

Specifications, dimensions, and power requirements are approximate and subject to change without prior notice for continuous design improvements.

Product technical specifications and images may vary according to manufacturing conditions and applicable standards.

Test parameters for the reviewed method

Values belong to the stated source edition. Test recipe, fixture and delivered instrument configuration are selected together.

AATCC 136-2009 · 6.10, 11.2

  • Bond-strength stage: specimen options 25 × 152 or 76 × 152 mm; separation speed 305 ± 13 mm/min. Record mean peel force and foam tear separately; provide laundering/dry-cleaning pretreatments separately.

ASTM D2724-03 · 6.10

  • For the tensile subtest of bonded/laminated apparel fabrics, clamp width is 76.2 mm and CRE is preferred. This edition prefers a 0–4.5 kgf indicating range. Record separation setup and force range; drycleaning and laundering are separate preparations.

FZ/T 80007.1:2006 · 4.1-4.2, 7.1

  • Interlining peel test: force accuracy ±1%, jaw width at least 30 mm, initial separation 50 mm and speed 100 ± 5 mm/min. These clauses were reviewed in the publisher's partial English translation; calculation and reporting clauses are absent from this copy.

Control and recording specification

The following are method-specific software/recording requirements; delivered software modules are defined by the order scope.

  • Method code and edition, specimen ID, operator and selected test parameters are linked to the record.
  • The calculation and endpoint are defined by the selected method edition; instrument signals and operator assessments are kept distinct.
  • Raw measurements, units, valid/invalid test flags and the reported result remain traceable.
  • Calculations are checked against known inputs and an independent calculation; sensor channels are checked against calibration values.
