Benchtop Dry UVA Exposure Tester (TL-K035M ECO)

Masaüstü Kuru UV-A Maruziyet Cihazı (TL-K035M ECO)

Lamp arrangement4 parallel UVA fluorescent lamps
Lamp typeUVA-340 or UVA-351 by test method
Operator interface4.3-inch touchscreen PLC/HMI

Single-sided benchtop instrument for comparative evaluation of material behaviour under dry UVA exposure only. Four parallel UVA fluorescent lamps (600 mm class), UVA-340 or UVA-351 by test method, closed-loop UV control with sensor feedback, 4.3-inch touchscreen PLC/HMI and Ethernet data output. No condensation or water spray.

Model technical data

  • Test type: dry UVA exposure only; no condensation or water spray.
  • Format: single-sided benchtop test chamber.
  • Lamp arrangement: 4 parallel UVA fluorescent lamps; nominal lamp length 600 mm class.
  • Lamp type: UVA-340 or UVA-351 by test method; types are not mixed in one exposure and the lamp type is selected at order.
  • Supported dry cycles: ISO 4892-3:2024 Method B Cycle 5 (UVA-351); ISO 16474-3:2021 Method B Cycle 3 (UVA-351); ASTM D5208-14(2022) Cycle C (UVA-340).
  • UV control: closed-loop with sensor feedback.
  • Specimen holders: body-mounted, independent of the lid; access from one side.
  • Operator interface: 4.3-inch touchscreen PLC/HMI; data output: Ethernet.
  • Cycles requiring condensation or water spray are outside the ECO scope; consider the moisture model TXL-GEN-020 for those cycles.

Physical specifications and utilities

Electrical supplyApprox. 220–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz, single phase; build-dependent.
Power / connected loadApprox. 400–1000 W connected load for preliminary planning.
Overall instrument dimensionsApprox. 900 × 550 × 650 mm (W × D × H).
Instrument weightApprox. 40–70 kg net.
Gross / shipping weightApprox. 60–100 kg gross; estimated packing allowance.
InterfacesData interface: Ethernet data output.
Lab requirementsVentilation and a sturdy bench; no water or drain connection required (no condensation/spray).

Dimension order and approximate values are stated in each row. Packaging data are separate from instrument dimensions and net mass. Approx. rows are preliminary engineering estimates based on comparable equipment and function/capacity; they are not verified manufacturing measurements or standard requirements. Installation and shipment are finalised against the approved drawing and nameplate. Estimate scope: base product / one unit; external computer, bench and auxiliary plant excluded.

Specifications, dimensions, and power requirements are approximate and subject to change without prior notice for continuous design improvements.

Product technical specifications and images may vary according to manufacturing conditions and applicable standards.

Listed methods are application references. Suitability is established by assessing the selected hardware, current method and calibration together.

Control and recording specification

The following are method-specific software/recording requirements; delivered software modules are defined by the order scope.

  • Method code and edition, specimen ID, operator and selected test parameters are linked to the record.
  • Irradiance, temperature and moisture stages are time-aligned; spectral band and integration interval are stated when calculating dose.
  • Raw measurements, units, valid/invalid test flags and the reported result remain traceable.
  • Calculations are checked against known inputs and an independent calculation; sensor channels are checked against calibration values.
